Return Process

    Log in to your wholesale account and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, providing the original invoice number and specific reasons for the return.

    Our support team will review your request within 48 business hours to verify warranty eligibility and provide a prepaid shipping label for qualified electronic defects.

    Secure Packaging

    Pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product is protected during transit to our distribution center.

    Processing and Credit

    Once our technicians inspect the returned units, we will issue a replacement shipment or apply a credit to your account balance within 5-7 business days.
